What can I say about Kim but she is an Angel of Mercy.  We had just lost our beloved pet of 15 years to old age and diabetes.  In the midst of that sorrow, I called SmartCritters and asked Kim if she knew of an available pet to fill that dark hole in our lives.

Kim’s close association with rescue agencies paid off in Aces! She called in a few days with the “perfect” pet. Into our lives came a whirlwind named Toby.  His mother was obviously a promiscuous young lady, and his father a traveling salesman.  Deserted in a rescue agency, his days were numbered.  Then, KIM TO THE RESUCE!

After taking him for a week and brushing him up on his manners and people skills, she brought him to us.  Needless to say, he has been the bright spot in our lives.
